Meet the team
Joanne Baldwin
Principal solicitor and previous Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1281687)
Joanne was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2002 and practiced law in the UK for over 8 years, mainly as a Commercial Property solicitor, before moving to Australia in 2009.
Joanne started making people’s dreams come true in 2010! She officially became a New South Wales qualified lawyer and in 2012 and has been helping people to come and live and work in Australia ever since.
Deena Sher
Solicitor and Case Manager
Deena was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2001 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005 where she practiced mainly as a Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer. In 2011 she moved to Australia where she focused on commercial/ property law following her admission as a lawyer in NSW in 2015.
Deena developed a keen interest in migration law and joined KU Legal in early 2021 where she has been assisting clients with their Australian visa requirements.
Darlene Enrico
Case Manager
Darlene earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Service in 2017. She has been working in the immigration industry for 7 years and has gained skills that are valuable in visa processing. She has always been fascinated on how the immigration policies work and is always looking forward to helping more people legally work and move from one country to another.
As Darlene starts her career in Australian immigration, she joined KU Legal in 2025 hoping to meet new people and assist them with their Aussie dream.
Wendillo Cadizal
Administrative Specialist
Wendillo is an experienced immigration professional specializing in Australian immigration, with active industry and law firm experience since 2017. He brings extensive expertise in managing complex visa applications and ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations.
As a 2023 Taiwan Ministry of Education Scholarship recipient and Outstanding Filipino Scholar, he has developed strong cross-cultural understanding through Mandarin studies in Taiwan and the Philippines, combining global perspective and technical expertise to guide immigrants and non-immigrants through their immigration journeys with clarity and confidence.
Jenn Zafico
Administrative Specialist
Jenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and has years of experience in various administrative roles including finance, human resource and handling legal documents. In addition to her administrative expertise, she has experience processing various immigrant visas in the Philippines. This background sparked her interest in joining KU Legal in 2025.
She thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to efficiency and accuracy of every task.
