TrailGraze by Tasting Trail Tasmania is an annual celebration of food, beverages and produce in North-West Tasmania. This year’s TrailGraze will be held on 22 April to 23 April 2023. The event will feature more than 30 producers from north-west region of Tasmania whose offering wine, cider, craft beer and spirits, cheese, meats, seafood, condiments and confectionery. The weekend will be filled with exciting activities such as special workshops, tours, tastings, live music and – of course – incredible food and drinks.
